Spotted outside the Tower of London. These would stop a tank. Got a tank? me neither. But there is something about these chunks of ironmongery, something crass yet sinister at the same time. Something about a childish minds in a state of arrested development all getting together and doing other things apart from regulating the number of ice cream vans that can come in. Things that might be anyones guess. Funny old things aren't they?
